In Lebanon, there are no laws specifically designed to protect women from domestic violence. Lebanese activists have begun a campaign to push parliament to approve a new law they say would protect women from violence inside their homes and their efforts are highlighted in this video created for the Common Ground News Service by Cyril Bassil in Lebanon.

Great Video. Living in
Great Video. Living in Lebanon most of my life I know that most women would not know what to do or where to go if they were victims of domestic abuse. From what I understant the Draft Law has been past by parliament and now Kafa is trying to put the mechanisms in place to to implement this law is this correct?
