Only through sharing our experiences, insights and knowledge about how to improve our communities can we learn how to more effectively promote change.

A great news I have received this morning, is that Ali is free.
Ali has blogged about Bahreini’s issues. And he was arrested and tortured, and imprisoned.
The good thing in this story that the minister of foreign affairs in Bahrein Khalida khalifa , is a user of Twitter, and social devices.
He reads the posts, and is connected to the social networks, I hope that he helped in freeing Ali, and will continue to help the freedom of speech in Bahrain.
During the workshop held in Morocco, organised by ASWAT , the bloggers ( MENA network) took Ali’s case as their case and tried to see how they can organise and advocacy campaign to free him.
Many e-activists as Nasser, Hisham, and others, had many ideas:
Nasser in Budapest at the google conference, distributed widely the sticker ” free Ali”
Hisham took pictures of all the participants with a banner Free Ali…. I have one too!
the e-activists created a blog, on WordPress to cover Ali’s story, and a group on Facebook to keep in touch with all those who joined the campaign.
twitter and other devices were also used!
Arab People are voicing out their needs, No one can stop them from expressing their social , religious, economical, and political frustration.
With their Actions, protests, campaign, sit in, blogging and else, they are being able to tell their regimes and governments what they Want and the way they want to do it!!!
Good job guys and Girls!
Good job connected people, and people on this planet!
For more information, again on Ali’s story do not hesitate to visit the blog and the facebook group Free Bahraini Blogger Ali Abdulemam!
